The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and even provided me with sightseeing and food recommendations in English. The room I was upgraded to had a stunning view of the mountains and river, and watching the sunset from the panoramic window was a highlight. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and smelled really nice. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy walking distance to transportation and attractions in this beautiful riverside district.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The staff were great and very helpful. They provided us with useful information about the area and were able to communicate well in English. The room was clean and modern, and the bathroom was impressive with its modern design. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the MRT and nearby attractions.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. there was some noise from outside, as the hotel was located on a busy road.

I recently stayed at Open Room Hotel for a week during my sightseeing trip in Taipei. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the decor was stylish, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great, and the blackout curtains made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk from the MRT and popular attractions. The hotel offered good value for money, even though breakfast was not included. I had a wonderful experience at Open Room and would highly recommend it.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
